Gap in my pushup bra ?

im a 34B but its a bit too big, so i bought 34A push up bra.. it was fine when i had it then BAM washed it, and its hard to explain but the really big padding at the bottom of the bra inside.. my breast kinda goes under it.. so theres A MASSIVE gap up the top really confused any advice!?
