Is "Necrotizing Fasciitis" curable?

Necrotizing Fasciitis is a flesh eating bacteria. I was watching Cabin Fever and was so freaked out I looked it up to see if it was real, and HOLY **** it is!!! It's very rare but seriously severe! My question is: Is is curable? I wasn't able to see any info. on that part. If you haven't seen the movie look it up and you'll know exactly what I'm talking about. This is crazy!
