Good graduate degrees to raise a family?

What are your thoughts on following my interests and getting a bachelors degree in religion? Know of any really good graduate degrees where the choice of undergraduate degree doesn't really matter? I'm only studying accounting because it's perfect for raising a family and I like the possibility of becoming an entrepreneur, but it's not interesting to me. Ideally, I would like to fully immerse myself in spirituality and religion, but I would also like to be a supportive husband and father and that takes financial security. Especially with my girlfriend having severe abnormal scoliosis, I'm sure she'll have large medical bills in the future.
