Normal pulse, severe headache, feel heart beating in my chest,2 mg of abilify taken for the first time?

my pulse is about 96 beats per minute, i have a severe headache, and i feel my heart beating in my chest.i took 2 mg abilify for the first time, and the symptoms began an hour later approximately. i was wondering if 2 mg could even cause these side effects to be this severe, and if i should call the doctor or go to the er. any help is appreciated.
